For this project, I ran a modified sprint workshop over the course of 4 days.
Execution
The final implementation was a split experience where users could choose to learn more about what the application offers, or jump right into listening with the option to set up preferences while in the app as well.
After the launch of the new onboarding, there was a significant decrease in drop-off rates. Additionally, we were able to track how users were navigating through the various flows and plan future optimizations.
